Pocono Artist Kristine Rommel Rattles the Charts with Choose to Fly

as She Soars to Put Effort, PA on the Christian Music Map

(Shawnee-on-Delaware, PA) – Quickly making her way up the charts, Pocono songstress, Kristine Rommel, is delighted with her move to #12 from #49 in a two-week time frame on KBCU-FM 88.1 in North Newton, KS, with her single “Choose To Fly.” The Bethel College radio play list is based on fan response, which makes this quite gratifying to Rommel.  “Though I reside in Effort [PA], I recorded in Nashville in order to utilize the production skills of Watson and Nash and had a feeling that we were capturing a sound that was accessible to music fans, and I’m quickly finding out that people are giving my album a listen. And for that I’m grateful, as that’s all that I could ask for at this stage in my recording career.”

Rommel’s album track “Choose To Fly” has been receiving great attention from the KBCU-FM 88.1 fan base ever since the May release of her debut album of the same name.  The title track’s personal message of hope seems to have struck a chord with Rommel’s fans in the early stages of her album release, a pattern she hopes will continue.

Rommel commented on her accomplishment, “Music connects people and I am enjoying connecting with my fans the most.  I am grateful that ‘Choose To Fly’ has given me the opportunity to reach so many people with a positive message of hope.  I thank KBCU-FM 88.1 of North Newton, KS for programming ‘Choose To Fly’ and allowing others to hear my music,” she concludes.

Rommel’s debut album is available on indieheaven.com, i-Tunes, CD baby.com, Amazon.com, and at kristinerommel.com.

My message to my listeners

'Choose To Fly' is my testimony. It is my life story. It is my way of thanking God for delivering me from my childhood pain that haunted me throughout my life. I was an abandoned child placed in foster care and a lost soul longing to be loved. My message is one of hope and joy and I pray that my life and my music will inspire you to have faith, use your gifts and CHOOSE TO FLY!  "We are shooting stars, across an open sky, we were given wings, but we have to Choose to Fly"
